A brand that began with high performance wellness supplements designed to benefit internally and externally; it was only a matter of time before Jeunora delved into the skincare arena – and delve deeply they did!
The brand was founded in 2016 by Monique Kaminski, who with a passion for all things skincare and a background in packaging and website design, saw a need for products that could not only be a healthy support to a busy lifestyle, but a go-to foundation for beauty, too. The consummate entrepreneur, she began by building a website, manufacturing her first 100 bag run of Renew+ Marine Collagen Powder and launching it on social media with no marketing budget. Long-time friend Meg Falconer soon came on board to help out, and it wasn’t long before Renew+ became the beauty and wellness product on everyone’s lips.
Fast forward to 2021 and Jeuneora’s supplement line is flying off to new homes around the globe, and with the entrance of the brand into the skincare category as of this month, their new baby is destined to do the same. Jeuneora Skincare is made up of a range of seven premium, efficacious skincare products that are consciously crafted in New Zealand and come in packaging that is way too chic to stay behind closed bathroom cabinet doors. The ‘Essential Seven’ (as it’s known) is the result of two years of careful planning and uses a unique formulation of exceptional quality vegan, cruelty-free and dermatologist-tested ingredients that perfectly combine the power of science and nature.
Designed to support skin’s health and microbiome, the range is gentle enough for all skin types while providing the right level of active ingredients to support skin barrier properties and ensure skin thrives. The bold collection offers an all-encompassing, luxurious and transformative skincare experience that leaves skin feeling fresh, healthy and beautiful.
MeltTheDay is an oil-based gel-to-milk cleanser and OhMyDays a foaming cleanser, and each utilise natural AHAs (Caviar Lime Extract) to gently exfoliate and cleanse, leaving skin with a fresh and healthy glow.
#TBT™ is an age defying daily serum that combines ingredients like Vitasource™ and Hyaluronic Acid to visibly reduce the signs of ageing; while ThemGenes™, a luxurious daily resculpting serum with powerful peptides, flavonoids, antioxidants and amino acids, helps to firm and lift the skin.
Meanwhile, GoLightly™, a lightweight and hydrating day cream made with super ingredients such as Arctalis™ protects skin from digital blue light pollution and environmental damage; while the GoNightly™ overnight repair cream harnesses the power of scent to optimise sleep while also supporting collagen production. Last but by no means least, SuperSuper™ is a beautiful face oil formulated with nine plant and nut oils to deeply nourishes and protects the skin.
Jeuneora founder Monique says it was essential that the team created a skincare range that encompassed all of Jeuneora’s strong brand values, and delivered the same high-quality experience that customers have grown to know and love. ‘’We have thought about skincare for a while but knew if we were going to do it, we had to do it right. We’ve kept our loyal customers top of mind to ensure we were creating something that they would absolutely love.”
Alongside the products’ powerful blend of premium ingredients, each is encapsulated in the aforementioned beyond awesome packaging, which is made from 20 per cent post-consumer recycled plastic wherever possible, and recyclable through the sustainable brand’s TerraCycle partnership. The products are also free from parabens, petroleum, phthalates, formaldehyde, palm oil, SLS, SLES, TEA and DEA, which gets a major tick from me. Thus far I’ve been playing with GoNightly and SuperSuper and am hugely impressed – the new offering may have taken time, but it was well worth the wait.
