After launching only six months ago, New Zealand skincare brand RAAIE has won two of the most coveted titles at the Pure Beauty Awards (UK) – taking out gold for Best New Skincare Brand and Best New Serum.
The botanically rich beauty brand is also New Zealand’s first brand to win these awards. The Pure Beauty Awards are considered one of the biggest beauty awards and are also known as the ‘Oscars of the beauty industry’.
RAAIE Morning Dew Vitamin C Serum took out the Best New Serum title after initially selling out just 10 days after launching. Morning Dew and the Yellow Moonbeam Retinal Elixir are one of the first two products RAAIE produced.
Each gorgeous product combines science-backed, highly-effective active ingredients like vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and retinal, with locally-grown plant antioxidants.
“We are thrilled to have won two gold awards at one of the most prestigious events in the beauty world. For a little Kiwi brand to have picked up the award for Best New Skincare Brand and Best New Serum is astounding and such an honour”, says founder Katey Mandy.
Founder Katey Mandy spent her childhood with her family in Northland, surrounded by native botanicals and understands how fortunate we are to be able to access unique, botanical ingredients.
“What makes us most happy about winning is knowing that the amazing botanicals of our home, Aotearoa, are getting the recognition they deserve on the global stage”.
By early 2023 RAAIE plans to launch two new cleansers, a barrier cream, an active botanical oil and an SPF.
