Sauvignon Blanc grape is hero of new Skinsmiths skincare range

The mighty New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape plays a key role in the major glow-up of Caci’s own skincare range – Skinsmiths.

Every single one of the new Skinsmiths’ formulas contains the hero ingredient of SauvigNZ™. This natural antioxidant complex is a sustainably-sourced 100% water extract from Marlborough-grown Sauvignon Blanc grape seeds.

“Harnessing the antioxidants and polyphenols found in world-class New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes, SauvigNZ™ is scientifically proven to help to protect your skin and prevent the signs of ageing,” says Skinsmiths product manager Sheree Butchers.

“We’ve gone on a 12-month journey with Skinsmiths, working on new formulas and packaging, concentrating on ‘skin loving’ ingredients at concentrations that are clinically proven to deliver real results.

“We know one of the most effective methods to care for our skin is to protect it from UV exposure and pollution, no matter your age or stage in your skin journey.

“This philosophy led us to fortify and enhance every product in the range with SauvigNZ™, a natural antioxidant powerhouse that is scientifically proven to protect the skin from UV damage and address key oxidative markers of ageing and photoaging.”

Thanks to its location and level of UV sun exposure, New Zealand is uniquely placed to grow grape seed extracts with some of the highest levels of natural antioxidants and polyphenols.

The new Skinsmiths line-up is also cruelty-free, vegan, recyclable, sustainable, and plastic negative and designed to help customers maintain beautiful skin at home.

Unveiled this week, the new Skinsmiths range offers an impressive array of skincare options. It is available online and at Caci clinics across New Zealand.
