I was recommended a course of 6 LPG Endermologie sessions on my upper thighs (my concern area) and these sessions were to be spread across 6 weeks. Before photos were taken in order to be able to measure any improvements.
Each 45 minute sessions can best be described as feeling like a deep-tissue massage and there is no down-time at all after a treatment. After about the 3rd session I did notice that my skin felt smoother and slightly tighter.
